We’re passionate about helping people in Greer and the Upstate. With weekly ministries and special projects, we want to show Christ’s love and take His good news to those who need it. Our adult Bible study classes take turns planning special events for area families. Two of the biggest are our annual Easter Egg Hunt and our Fall Festival. We love these opportunities to meet new friends and introduce our church to them.

We’re not interested in being our own little island. We look for opportunities to be out in the community, getting to know people and finding ways to help. Periodically, we visit a neighborhood around our church and present every home with a coffee mug and an invitation to come visit us some Sunday. Several local sports groups use our property for practice sessions. And we organize food drives a few times a year to coincide with times of greatest need at a local food pantry.

We also have regular ministries at a local women’s shelter, an assisted living facility, and at the Greenville Rescue Mission.  And our Pure Religion ministry helps meet the needs of vulnerable children. We want to share the good news of the Gospel with people who don’t know Christ and to encourage believers who are struggling physically or spiritually.

It’s easy to get involved. Most of these ministries simply require a heart for people and a willingness to work.

Due to local weather conditions, we will not meet for our prayer service this evening, Wednesday, January 17, 2018. We look forward to joining together on Sunday for our worship service at 9:30 am.
